The culinary services included vary depending on your booking. The inclusive services offered differ depending on whether you choose half board or breakfast only.

- Thermal baths with Bad Birnbach thermal water (34 °C, 16 x 16 m), freshwater pool with retractable roof (28 °C, 6 x 12 m)
- Brine pool (33 °C), indoor hot whirlpool (36 °C), 3,000 m² garden area with summer sunbathing lawn, daybeds, sun deck, Kneipp pool
- Sauna world: Kelo outdoor sauna (90 °C), Finnish sauna with Vitality Boost (80 °C), sanarium (60 °C), steam bath (45 °C), FRIMAS snow and ice mist bath, tea and vitality bar / lounge, “Rottufer” relaxation area
- Spacious fitness room with equipment from Life Fitness and Technogym
- Free use of the thermal baths on the day of arrival from 1.00 pm and on the day of departure until 6.00 pm

- Our cuisine, featuring a large, healthy breakfast buffet
- Afternoon snack in the restaurant, 1.30–2.30 pm, including on the day of arrival and departure
- In the evening, culinary experiences as part of the half-board package: a 5-course set menu or buffet
