Take the A94 toward Passau, then follow the B12 to Mühldorf, continue to Simbach, then take the B20 to Pfarrkirchen and finally the B388 to Bad Birnbach.
From Nuremberg:
Take the A3 via Regensburg and Passau. Exit at Pocking and follow the B388 to Bad Birnbach.
From Austria:
Coming from Linz or Vienna via the A1/A8.
Exit at Pocking and follow the B388 to Bad Birnbach.
