This is all taken care of by our Head Chef Christian Gsödl, a gourmet chef with a large repertoire and a passion for exquisite food. Under his innovative leadership, a team of 14 performs magic in the kitchen: Light menus with Bavarian and Austrian dishes with a Mediterranean flair. Local, mainly seasonal produce - exclusively high quality - is handled expertly and indulgently.

Meat is purchased from local farmers; corn, fruit and vegetables are grown in natural cultivation; while food is flavoured with fresh herbs grown in the hotel kitchen's own herb garden …
